GRCh38_genes
GRCh38_genes.RdA dataset containing the genes for the GRCh38 genome reference.
Usage
data("GRCh38_genes")Format
A data frame with 6 columns and 18336 rows. Each row represents a gene and contains the following columns:
- ENSEMBL_ID
The Ensembl ID of the gene.
- HGNC_SYMBOL
The HGNC symbol of the gene.
- HGNC_ID
The HGNC ID of the gene.
- START_POS
The start position of the gene.
- END_POS
The end position of the gene.
- CHR
The chromosome where the gene is located.
- GENE_BIOTYPE
The biotype of the gene.
